Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as Deputy Director of Human Resource Management
- Master’s degree in Human Resource/Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Public/Business Administration, Government or relevant field
- Familiarity with Government policies and regulations related to human resources management
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to human resource management policies, rules, and regulations
- Analyze the impact of policies on department staff
- Advise authorized officers on delegated powers and professional human management standards
- Advise the County Government on succession management, human resource planning, and career development
- Interpretation of Labor Laws and other statutes related to Human Resource Management
- Initiate development and review of schemes of service
- Advise departments on General Government policies on human resource management
