Duties and Responsibilities:

We are offering a training opportunity in Finance/Accounting to our interns. During this internship, the successful candidates will be trained on the following:

• Reconciling imprest
• Reconciling bank statements
• Tracking expenditures
• Preparing variance reports
• Monitoring and ensuring payments to vendors are made
• Managing asset register
• Managing inventory
• Procuring and tracking supplies
• Reviewing imprest surrenders from the field
• Writing cheques and banking

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Finance/Accounting option), Business Administration or equivalent
• CPA (II) or ACCA level (I)
• Age below 30 years

Method of Application:

The appointment for the internship program will be for a period of 6 months to 1 year. The successful candidate(s) will be paid a monthly stipend of Kes. 25,000.00 without any additional benefits. Interns will be expected to take up personal accident cover and medical insurance for the period of the internship.
