Health Administrative Officer at Homa-Bay County Public Service Board

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily administrative duties supporting curative and preventive health programs
Ensure proper maintenance of the health facility
Maintain health administrative standards
Oversee the welfare of staff and patients and ensure their security
Oversee procurement activities
Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications:

Must be a Kenyan citizen
Hold a degree in Health System Management from a recognized institution in Kenya
Have a minimum of 3 years working experience in administration, preferably in the health sector
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
Be proficient in computer applications
Be able to work under minimal supervision
Demonstrate a high level of confidentiality
Have excellent management and leadership skills
Meet the requirements of chapter six of the Constitution of Kenya 2010.
