Kenyatta Hospital – Assistant Registered Clinical Officer (ENT) Full Time
Duties and Responsibilities
- Examining, diagnosing and treating patients with ear, nose, throat and head and neck disorders
- Conducting and interpreting diagnostic tests such as audiometry, nasendoscopy, and laryngoscopy
- Prescribing and administering medications, therapies, and surgical procedures for treatment of ENT disorders
- Providing health education and counseling to patients and families about the prevention of ENT disorders
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care of patients
- Maintaining accurate and complete medical records
Qualifications and Experience
- Higher Diploma in Ear Nose & Throat (ENT) or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Diploma in Clinical Medicine & Surgery or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Certificate of Registration from the Clinical Officers Council of Kenya.
- Valid practicing license from the Clinical Officers Council of Kenya
- Evidence of Proficiency in Computer Application.
