Job Specification
The duties and responsibilities at this level will involve: –
- Identify Water Service Providers within the Agency’s area of jurisdiction;
- Managing the community Development section and coordinate activities such as formation of Community Water Service Providers;
- Mobilization of Community Based Organizations;
- Sensitization of communities on formation of CBOs, dissemination of information;
- Develop mechanisms to address hindrances CBOs, NGOs;
- Provide guidance on preparation of proposals on community projects that require funding.

Person Specifications
For appointment to this grade, an officer must have/ be:
- A minimum period of four (4) years relevant work experience;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology, Community Development, Development Studies or equivalent from a recognized institution;
- Professional Development in a relevant field;
- Membership to a professional body where applicable;
- Demonstrated competence in work performance and results;
- Proficiency in computer applications.
