Senior Master II T-Scale-11 (208 Posts) at TSC Full Time

For appointment to this grade, a teacher must: –
i. have served as a Senior Master III T-Scale 10 for a minimum period of three (3)
years;
ii. have a satisfactory rating in the performance appraisal process;
iii. have demonstrated ability to supervise, mentor and provide support to other
teachers;
iv. meet the provisions of Chapter six (6) of the Constitution; and
v. meet any other requirement deemed necessary by the Commission.

The Teachers Service Commission is a Constitutional Commission established under Article
237 of the Constitution. One of its mandates is to appoint and deploy institutional
administrators.

Pursuant to this mandate, the Commission invites applications from suitably qualified teachers
for the posts shown below in line with the Teachers Career Progression Guidelines.
