List of Shortlisted 224 Candidates for Chief Administrative Secretary (CAS) Jobs


The Public Service Commission of Kenya has released a list of shortlisted candidates for the position of Chief Administrative Secretary (CAS) in the Public Service. The list includes individuals with a diverse range of experience and qualifications, all vying for the opportunity to serve in this important role.

The interviews for the shortlisted candidates will begin on March 1st, 2023, at the Public Service Commission, off Harambee Avenue in Nairobi. Candidates are required to bring originals of their National Identity Card, Academic, and Professional certificates and transcripts, any other supporting documents and testimonials, and current and valid clearances from various government bodies.

In addition, candidates must produce either a printed online self-declaration application acknowledgment receipt or a self-declaration form duly stamped by the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission, and a recommendation from relevant professional bodies and associations if applicable.

Members of the public are also invited to participate in the selection process by submitting any credible information of interest relating to any of the shortlisted candidates through sworn affidavits. Information can be submitted to the Secretary/CEO, Public Service Commission, 4th floor Commission House, Harambee Avenue, Nairobi, or online through hodrands@publicservice.go.ke. All submissions must be received on or before February 28th, 2023.

The successful candidate for the position of CAS in the Public Service will have the responsibility of overseeing various administrative functions within the public service, working alongside the Cabinet Secretary. This position requires a high level of integrity, leadership, and management skills to ensure effective and efficient service delivery to the Kenyan public.
