PSC Selects Nearly 4,000 Candidates for Public Service Internship Program (PSIP) – Cohort V

The Public Service Commission (PSC) has selected nearly 4,000 candidates for the Public Service Internship Program (PSIP) Cohort V.

These candidates will be joining the public service for a period of 12 months and will be deployed to Ministries, State Departments, and Agencies (MDAs).

The selected candidates were chosen through a competitive process after over 30,000 applicants applied for the internship opportunities that were advertised in July 2022.

After shortlisting 7,400 candidates for interviews, the commission chose 3,902 candidates to join the 5th cohort of the PSIP.

This year’s PSIP cohort brings the total number of candidates who have benefited from the program to over 15,000 since its inception in 2019.

Before their deployment, the selected candidates will undergo an induction program.

The commission will communicate the induction dates, deployment details, and reporting dates in the coming days.

Below is the list of the appointed candidates, and applicants can also check the status of their applications via the PSC portal.
