Accounting Internship – 2 Positions
As an Accounting intern, you will be responsible for supporting the Finance Department in various accounting duties, including preparing financial statements, maintaining records, and processing invoices. To qualify, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
ICT Internship – 6 Positions
As an ICT intern, you will work closely with the ICT Department to support and maintain the Commission’s information systems. This includes providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and performing regular system maintenance. To qualify, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Communication Technology, or a related field.
HRM Internship – 6 Positions
As an HRM intern, you will support the HR Department in various tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. To qualify, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Social Sciences plus a Diploma in Human Resource Management.
Records Management Internship – 6 Positions
As a Records Management intern, you will work closely with the Records Management Department to ensure proper documentation and organization of the Commission’s records. This includes maintaining an up-to-date filing system, ensuring compliance with record retention policies, and assisting with records retrieval requests. To qualify, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Library and Information Science, Records Management, or a related field.
All interns must be Kenyan youth aged between 21 and 35 years and have completed their training and graduated from a recognized institution in the last three years. Additionally, all interns must possess a certificate of proficiency in ICT, a Credit Bureau Certification (CRB), and a Certificate of Good Conduct during the selection process.
Successful applicants may be deployed to either the TSC Headquarters or County offices. The internship positions will last for 12 months, and interns will receive a basic salary of 25,000 per month.
